Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS Clerk Exam to recruit the eligible candidates for the post of Clerk in various Public Sector Banks. The IBPS Clerk Exam is conducted in two stages: Preliminary and Mains. Applicants are shortlisted at two stages of the exam. In the end, final merit list is prepared on the basis of which applicants are allotted in the banks.
The application form for IBPS Clerk 2017 was available from 12th September through online mode. The last date to apply for the exam was 3rd October 2017. The admit card for the preliminary exam may be available in the month of November.
The preliminary exam will be conducted on 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10th December 2017. After the prelims exam, applicants will be shortlisted for the mains exam on the basis of cutoff marks and their performance in the prelims exam. IBPS Clerk Cutoff 2017
The cutoff marks are the minimum marks that a candidate has to secure to qualify that exam. In IBPS Clerk exam, the Cutoff 2017 will be decided by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. The cutoff will be declared section wise as well as overall. Applicants have to qualify the both cutoffs to be shortlisted for the next round of the IBPS Clerk Selection Procedure.
