The Bank of Baroda invites all Indian entrants to apply online for the post of 428 Specialist Officer (Sale, Finance/ Credit, Head, IT Security, Treasury – Dealers/ Traders, Treasury -Relationship Managers, Treasury – Product Sales, Trade Finance, Security) vacancies on the contractual basis from 17-11-2017 to 08-12-2017.

Age Limit Eligibility Criteria

For the Post No. 1 & 2

The Candidates age between 35 years and 50 years may apply for the aforementioned jobs.

For the Post No. 3

The Candidates age between 30 years and 45 years may apply for the aforementioned jobs.

For the Post No. 4 & 7

The Candidates age between 25 years and 37 years may apply for the aforementioned jobs.

For the Post No. 5, 6, 8, 9 & 10

The Candidates age between 25 years and 35 years may apply for the aforementioned jobs.

For the Post No. 11

The Candidates age between 21 years and 30 years may apply for the aforementioned jobs.

Educational Qualification

For Post No. 1

The Candidates should have possessed at least minimum graduation along with FRM from GARP
or PRM from PRMIA, Post Graduate in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/Economics from a reputed Institute/ Govt. Recognized Institute or 2 years Full Time, MBA or PG Diploma, with
specialization in Banking and Finance.

For Post No. 2

The Candidates should have possessed at least minimum graduation along with FRM from GARP
or PRM from PRMIA, Post Graduate in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/Economics from a reputed Institute/ Govt. Recognized Institute or 2 years Full Time, MBA or PG Diploma, with
specialization in Banking and Finance.

For Post No. 3

The Candidates should have possessed 4 years Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation

OR
Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information
Technology/ Computer Applications

OR
Engineering Graduate and minimum One year Diploma in IT / Computer Science from recognised
university / Institute

OR
Post Graduate in Science / Computer Science from recognised University / Institute.

Note: CISA / CISSP / CISM certification is mandatory 

Desirable : ISO 27001 LA /CEH / CCNA/ CCNA

The Candidates should have possessed the Graduation or its equivalent Degree from the recognized University or Institution.

For Post No. 5

The Candidates should have possessed 2 years Full time, M.B.A Degree or equivalent, with specialization in Marketing and Sales from a premier institution.

For Post No. 6

The Candidates should have possessed 2 years Full time, M.B.A or equivalent, with specialization in Marketing, preferably from a premier institution.

For Post No. 7 & 8

The Candidates should be CA or ICWA or possess 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialization in Finance. (Courses completed through correspondence / part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized/approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE).

For Post No. 9

The Candidates should be CA or 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation
degree/diploma, with specialization in Finance/Trade Finance/ International Business.
(Courses completed through correspondence/part-time are not eligible. The institute should be
recognized/approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE.

For Post No. 10

The Candidates should have possessed the Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

For Post No. 11

The Candidates should have possessed the 2 Years Full Time, MBA Degree or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialization in Marketing/Sales/Retail. (Courses completed through correspondence / part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized/approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE).

Selection Procedure

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Online Test, Group Discussion/Personal Interview and Psychometric Test.

  • Examination will be Computer Based
  • The candidates are advised to go through the requirements of educational qualification, age etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible before applying
